Small note: Group coaching only works if both participant's goals are the same or similar (such as both weight loss or both general fitness and strength gain)
For bigger groups, coaching can take place in the garden or boot camp but NOT at the gyms.

Online coaching is run through an app called Sridist. I will create an individualised program specific to your goals that I would have obtained from the form and our chat. The program has videos and descriptions of each exercise as well as the designated set and rep range. weekly check-ins will keep me up-to-date with your progress and allow me to push development where I see it necessary.
